This application was used for in-office visits to veterinarian clinics and national conferences. The goal was to allow sales representatives to engage attendees or potential customers with informational PDFs that were targeted to their specific needs and interests. Next the sales representative would have the customer answer a short survey, which allowed for a more refined and detailed image of the customer.
Once the rep has the data, it is saved to a web service which creates a profile of the customer. This profile is used to send sales material and follow-ups with the representative to meet the customers needs, while creating a broad view reporting which P&G uses to align marketing strategies.
